Get Active Currencies

GET

Returns the currencies currently active on the gateway. Unlike the integration endpoints, this one returns plain JSON — no encryption required.

Tip

Use this to build a dynamic currency selector instead of hardcoding currency codes in your UI.

Caution

This endpoint currently returns USD and ZiG only. ZWG is also chargeable — it is the currency code for Zimswitch and Omari in Zimbabwe dollars — but it does not appear here. If you drive a currency selector purely off this response, you will silently drop those methods; see Payment method codes.
